Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://ddavissecurity.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, DDavis Security markets and arranges Armed Security, Unarmed Security, Construction Site Security, Event Security, Executive Protection, Retail Security. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://ddavissecurity.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DDavis Security or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. DDavis Security may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DDavis Security makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of DDavis Security arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify DDavis Security from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. WA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of WA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
